Disclaimer & Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026.

THE SHORT VERSION — PLEASE READ. Every salary figure on this site is an estimate computed from public U.S. Department of Labor records. The wages are what employers said they would offer — not verified paychecks. Nothing here is legal, financial, or career advice. This site is not endorsed by the Department of Labor, USCIS, or any employer listed. By using this site you accept these terms, including the liability limit in section 4.

1. Data accuracy

All salary figures on this site are derived from public disclosure files published by the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC), covering Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) and PERM labor certifications. The wages shown are the offered wages employers attested to on their filings — not verified records of actual salaries paid. These public files may contain errors, omissions, duplicate entries, or outdated information. Percentiles, medians, and trends are statistical estimates computed from those files. We work to keep the data accurate and current, but we make no warranties about its completeness or correctness.

2. Not legal advice

Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice regarding immigration, visas, employment authorization, or labor law. H-1B and PERM processes are complex and fact-specific. Consult a licensed immigration attorney for advice about your situation. No attorney-client relationship is created by using this site.

3. Not financial, career, or tax advice

Tools such as the offer checker provide informational estimates only. They are not career counseling, financial advice, or a recommendation to accept or reject any job offer.

4. No warranty; limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or decisions you make — including job, salary-negotiation, immigration, or investment decisions — based on information on this site, even if we were advised that such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim arising from this site or these terms will not exceed $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

5. Third-party names and trademarks

Company names, trademarks, and logos referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. Their use here is for identification and informational purposes only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

6. External links

This site may link to external websites, including government sources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in a way that degrades service for others. Bulk or automated downloading of the underlying data may be rate-limited.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and the site's content at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Contact

No contact email is published on this site yet. When one is available, it will be published on the about page. Until then, please do not send personal information to any address claiming to represent this site.

10. Sponsored content and advertising

If this site displays sponsored listings, advertisements, or referral links in the future, they will be clearly labeled as sponsored or advertising. Any paid placement does not influence the salary data, rankings, or statistics shown on this site, which are computed solely from public Department of Labor records.

11. Intellectual property

The underlying salary data is derived from public records of the U.S. federal government, which are not subject to copyright. The site's design, text, visualizations, and arrangement of that data are our original work. You may link to our pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution; systematic reproduction of the site's compiled content requires permission.

12. Accessibility

We aim to make this site usable by everyone, following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This includes keyboard-navigable pages, text alternatives for charts, visible focus indicators, and color contrast that meets AA standards. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please let us know once a contact email is published (see section 9) so we can fix it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this site or these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the site owner and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of this site, your violation of these terms, or your reliance on information from this site.

15. Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in full effect, and the unenforceable part will be read as narrowly as needed to make it enforceable.

16. Entire agreement

These terms are the entire agreement between you and the site owner regarding your use of this site, and supersede any earlier statements about it.

17. Assumption of risk

You use this site and rely on its figures at your own risk. Salary data changes over time, filings can be amended or corrected by the Department of Labor, and a figure that was accurate for one period may not describe current pay.

18. No endorsement

This site is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, or any employer, law firm, or organization named on this site. Company names appear only to identify the public records they filed.

19. Data corrections and takedown requests

If you are an employer or an individual and believe a figure on this site misstates a public record, you may request a correction. A request should identify the page URL, the figure you dispute, and the Department of Labor record (case number or filing detail) that supports the correction. We aim to review complete requests within 30 days. We will correct figures that demonstrably misstate the underlying public record, and remove a page where the record itself has been withdrawn by the Department of Labor. We do not remove accurate republications of public records. Until a contact email is published on the about page (see section 9), correction requests cannot yet be received — please check back.
